For me it is weird that they still use folium to remove the old gellak as it takes so much more time, also the painting nails have not been done very precisely and old nail polished has not been removed on the sides of few nails fully.

Thank you for your feedback. We remove all products with the soaking method (in foil) as this technique causes no damage to the natural nail whereas filing is prone to damaging the natural nail.
